Our Services

PDM Stone offers many services to our clients such as design, supply, processing and installation of all natural and engineered stones for both domestic and commercial markets. It also provides stone consultancy services for our clients for stonework application, maintenance, refurbishment and cleaning. Since 2012, PDM Stone has established a new office in Sydney, Australia. Our team of Directors and staff have over 15 Years of experience in the natural stone business. We have many project references in different parts of the world starting from Government landmark projects to Hotels and commercial buildings. Some of our most notable work in different countries include Azerbaijan, China, Iran, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

We offer a wide range of services on all our projects. Depending on your requirements we have in-house experts to offer the following:

1. Shop Drawings: Our team of experienced Architects and CAO operators who work from Singapore, Australia, Kuala Lumpur andChina offices produce all in-house
shop drawing, installation details and mechanical details for metal bracketing. The team is an excellent backup for the on-site installers, coordinating all other trades and services within their DS and thus providing an overall well-thought-out drawing that
encompasses all issues related to the stone. Our team is headed by personnel with over 20 years experience in stone design

2. Technical Specifications: We provide technical specifications for all types of natural stone, reconstituted stone and terrazzo. We can provide back-up ‘fit for purpose’ advice on all types of stones

3. Interior Stone Design: Should the client require PDM to advise on material selections that are in tune with the Architects design intent, our in-house experienced 1D consultants can offer specialized advice and 3D concepts of all types of materials. A combination of concepts and aesthetic cutting is also offered that would best compliment the overall design scheme

4. PE: Our in-house PE consultant provides engineering certifications for all types of internal and external cladding, sealing and interior stone detailing where fixing systems for stone are to be installed over 3 meters in height where necessary.

6. Preparation of maintenance regime and requirements for stone from initial pre-treatments to future care of stone surfaces, including appropriate sealing and maintenance of stone

Our Quarries

In the Middle East, PDM Stone has acquired three of the best operational quarries of marble and travertine. These exotic materials were selected to service luxury markets around the world. Additionally, PDM Stone uses the latest advancements in technology to extract the maximum quantity of our regular requirements from our well developed and accessible quarry situated in indifferent provinces of the region.

 

 

Production Capacities
As manufacturers and suppliers of natural stone PDM Stone has the ability and resource to satisfy all the requirements of a project for clients.

The production ordering is based on a minimum standard capacity listed as follows:

1. Marble Blocks: 5,000 tons per month
2. Marble Slabs: 20,000 m2 per month
3. Travertine Blocks: 3,000 tons per month
4. Travertine Slabs, 6,500 m2 per month
